TenBoom Successes and Ongoing Projects

TenBoom is currently participating in several community development projects, including the renovation of a historic building located on Main and West Railroad St. The goal of the renovation is to draw new business to Downtown Upland. Pairing with that renovation project is TenBoom’s ongoing organization and facilitation of Pitch Nights, where Indiana companies put forth proposals for their business to enter the renovated space. TenBoom’s goals for these projects is to provide new appeal to the Downtown Upland area and to create new economic flows that boost overall satisfaction within local communities.

Some previous projects completed by TenBoom include the renovation of several buildings in the Downtown Upland area, allowing for NearSpace Launch and NearSpace Education to move in. Pictured below are some before and after photos from the renovation.
